With more than 4 decades of experience, Wolfgang Zwiener didn't duplicate an exceptional steakhouse, he improved on it to make Wolfgang's Steakhouse exceptional. The Porterhouse steak for two or more is an outstanding choice. The atmosphere, the menu, the high-end wine list and professional service will appeal to even the most exacting diners.
Experience
Upon opening the initial establishment in 2004, Wolfgang Zwiener had spent years learning his craft, drawing upon his knowledge to create steakhouse perfection. Since then, the team have grown across the globe, and there are currently 30 restaurants in total.

World renowned steak
We only serve USDA Prime Black Angus steak, which we dry-age onsite in every restaurant for a period of 28 days.
All beef produced in the United States must go through several layers of strict inspection by the USDA, and only certain products will qualify for one of 8 categories. The top grade is certified as ‘Prime,’ and is what you will be served at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse.

Every beef produced in the United States has to go through layers of strict inspection through the USDA and only the qualified products get certified into 8 categories.
The top quality beef is certified as “Prime”.
Only 2~3% of the certified Prime grade beef are distributed throughout the United States.
