Celebrating the holidays in style, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore has unveiled a Christmas Set Menu and Christmas Brunch, inspired by the bright lights of New York City, where the concept was founded. Emulating the spirit of a classic American Christmas, the famed steakhouse is unrivalled in its warm, ambient atmosphere.
Available exclusively from Wednesday 24 th December – Sunday 27 th December, the Christmas Set Menu (S$188 per pax, min. 2 pax) begins with a Beverly Hills Chopped Salad and Crab Cake, which act as the curtain-raiser to a seasonal entrée of USDA Prime Porterhouse Steak – which the restaurant is renowned for – accompanied by succulent Honey Baked Ham. Festive sides include Pumpkin Mashed Potato, Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, and Vichy-Style Carrots.
To complete the feast, diners can indulge in homemade Carrot Cake for dessert.
Brunch is a staple on the New York dining scene, and Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore will pay homage to this tradition with a specially curated Christmas Brunch Menu, available from 11.30am-4.30pm from Thursday 24 th December – Friday 26 th December and 11am-4.30pm on Saturday 26th December and Sunday 27th December.
Typical brunch favourites, such as Steak and Eggs (S$45) and Wolfgang’s Egg Benedict (S$30) will be available alongside festive additions, including the Festive Prime Rib Roast (S$165) and
Boneless Turkey Breast with Vegetables (S$28).
Guests looking to toast to the season will delight in the hand-picked selection of Champagne and wines from Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s impressive cellar.
The expert bar team will also be on hand to shake up an array of festive cocktails, including Santa’s Cane – white chocolate liquor, vanilla vodka, crème de cacao, peppermint – Sleigh Bells – cranberry, tequila, lime, Cointreau – and Ginger Mule – ginger ale, champagne, cotton candy. Catering to those hoping to stay sober over the season, the team have also created two special mocktails, the Jolly Zest – mango, honey, lime, soda – and the Gingerbread Eggnog – gingerbread, milk, cream.
