All New Additions to Brunch Specials!
A weekend well spent brings a week of content and that is why brunch is the one meal to rule them all. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore by Wolfgang Zwiener has unveiled a new and improved weekend menu, guaranteed to invigorate your tastebuds!
The Weeekend Brunch menu has undergone a major revamp and now features classic dishes such as the Shrimp Aglio Olio, a hearty Shepherd’s Pie and a soulful Crab & Spinach Dip. Back by popular demand, the menu will also include a Trio of Cuts where guests will be presented with 120 to 150grams each of 100% USDA Prime Dry Aged Striploin, Tenderloin and Rib Eye – this dish is perfect for those who wish to savour the variety of different cuts of meat that Wolfgang’s has to offer all on one plate. The last dish to find its way onto this sensational menu is the Steak and Filo Pillows – Sliced sirloin served with sauteed mushrooms, onion purée and rocket leaves sandwiched between pillows of fluffy filo pastry. Brunch is served every weekend from 11AM – 430PM, be sure to book your seats to avoid disappointment.
It is also worth mentioning that the lunch menu features exciting new additions as well! Guaranteeing only the freshest ingredients, the new dishes include a Seafood Brioche which comprises of a generous amount of Maine lobster meat, Crab Meat, and Shrimp served on a bed of avocado and topped with Salmon Roe and a Prime Petite Filet Mignon Sandwich. Available daily till 430PM, the new inclusions to the lunch menu are just some of many to come as we strive to cater to the everchanging food trends.
Guests may opt to order their meals a-la-carte or as a set. The set brunches will start off with a Salad of the Day, followed by the Soup of the Day, main course with the choice of 2 side dishes and ends off on a sweet note with the Dessert of the Day.
